Frequently Asked Questions
Login & Account Access
After registering, you should receive a confirmation email with your login details. If you can’t log in, try resetting your password at cannabisworkforce.org/login using the “Forgot password?” link. If the reset email doesn’t arrive, check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you are using the same email address you used to create your account.
This is temporary. Wait at least 20 minutes before trying again.
Still stuck? If the steps above don’t work, email us at contact@cannabisworkforce.org from the email address you registered with, and we can reset your account access.
Certificates
In-person attendance doesn’t always automatically update your online profile. If you attended some or all of the 10 certificate classes (15 hours) and they’re not complete on your profile, email us at contact@cannabisworkforce.org and let us know:
 – Your full name
 – The email address you used to register
 – Where and when you attended the in-person classes
We’ll check our attendance records and update the course progress on your profile. If you attended all of the classes, we’ll issue your digital certificate!
You can always access your certificate at https://cannabisworkforce.org/profile/ (must be logged in).
This can happen if a video didn’t register as fully watched or a quiz wasn’t fully submitted. Try logging out and back in.
If this doesn’t fix it, email us at contact@cannabisworkforce.org from the email address you registered with, and we’ll confirm your progress. If all 10 modules are complete, we’ll issue your digital certificate!
Training & Scheduling
It’s not possible to reschedule, but we offer different trainings in different locations as well as live online throughout the year and hope you’ll keep checking our Friday e-newsletters for announcements of other upcoming programs in your area (NYS only).
If you’re not receiving the e-newsletters already, sign up at the bottom of our home page at cannabisworkforce.org. All we need is your name and email address!
Even if you missed a class in a multi-day training, you are still welcome to attend the rest of the sessions.
You can make up the classes you missed by watching our on-demand certificate modules and still earn your certificate! Enroll in the online course here.
