From Cannabis to Cuisine is a free, online, certificate course offered in partnership between the American Culinary Foundation (ACF) and Kingsborough Community College.

This course provides students with the skills, knowledge, and competencies required for safely handling culinary cannabis and edibles, culminating in an exam to earn an ACF/CUNY Certificate in Culinary Cannabis and Edibles.

Students will also hear from guest speakers and attend workshops on cannabis equity and advocacy, the history of cannabis, networking in the cannabis industry, and job readiness.

Participants must be 21+, interested in pursuing a career in culinary cannabis, and able to demonstrate Math and English-language proficiency, either by providing a high-school diploma or equivalency or by taking assessment exams.
